Risum — meaning “Three Mountains” in honour of the sacred peaks of Meri Puensum — sits near the village of Wangtsa at 2,700 m, overlooking the Haa Wangchuk Lo Dzong and the Three Brother Hills.
Family-owned and established in 2004, we were the very first resort to open in the Haa Valley. Our wood-panelled rooms and cosy cottages blend traditional Bhutanese architecture with modern comfort, making Haa an exceptional destination for nature, adventure, authentic culture and family time.
